eyeBeam v1.5/Xlite v3.0 for Voice and Video.
eyeBeam v1.5 and X-Lite v3.0 SIP softphone clients from CounterPath Solutions INC are available for PC or MAC. Each offers a wide range of features including, Audio, Video, Presence and Instant Messaging. The main difference between eyeBeam v1.5 and the free Xlite v3.0 version are; Available Codecs, Number of Accounts and Lines, Encryption of voice and video streams. A full comparison can be found here. If you have limited bandwidth available, we strongly recommend upgrading to eyeBeam v1.5.
Linksys Analogue Telephone Adapters.
Linksys has a wide variety of products that provide access to VOIP calls from your ordinary telephone. If you have an existing phone line for incoming calls we suggest you purchase an SPA-3102. These units allow PSTN connection with the flexibility to route calls directly to the PSTN or multiple VOIP providers via a dialplan. If you require access to emergency services (000) we recommend either of these device. All Linksys devices can be purchased and configured by Evolutiontel to suit your needs.
